Secondly, how the hell are people comparing a game on one platform that's been out for two or three days to a multi platform game that's been out more shelf time?
And where are they getting this "five years of hype" nonsense from. Killzone 1 JUST made five years so how is it that Killzone 2 had five years of hype?
Edit- I take that back. Killzone 1 hasn't even been out a full five years because it came out in November of 2004. So um what was that about fiv...
You beat me to it.
Snuka, as usual you had nothing constructive to add. Your fellow xbox fan pulls out "facts" without links or proof and you defend it.
Typical. Very typical
And please, show me an "excuse" since you seem to see them oh so well
Ok, I'll bite. But do you have a link for this little fact you're speaking of? Or any kind of proof for that matter?
If not then it's just hot air
But that's what they get for slacking off then
In that case, tell them to make you look good or you'll slap a juicy lawsuit on them :)
I was just pointing out the random person that disagreed with you.
And the 360 fangirls come waving their pompoms crying foul
And you have those "facts" from where exactly? Where is this "killzone isn't selling consoles" fact of yours coming from?
A link would be nice
Here is the link to PROVE it
http://www.1up.com/do/featu...
P.S.- Make sure you READ it. I say that because I know how some of you love to read headlines and nothing beyond it. Especially if it's good news about the "other" console.
How can anyone agree OR disagree with what he just said. Does anyone know him or his wife personally to verify?
People here are ridiculous sometimes
But it all depends on how they program. Not every game is playable through multiple discs like that.
The reason this is even being "debated" is because Sam Houser came out and said the 360's disc size and storage might make it impossible for them to put the next GTA on the 360.
This is being debated because of the the developers themselves said this. Not some blogger, not some "game journalist", one of the creators said it.
That makes sense. And I didn't know they messed up Ar Tornelico 2's translation. I do remember them messing up Ar Tornelico 1's though.
In any case, I'm just happy for the trophy support. And yeah I agree, Disgaea 3 trohpy support would be nice while they're at it lol
This is a "good" delay in my eyes. The original japanese version doesn't even have trophy support. So we shouldn't be mad about this one. In fact, we should be thankful they are including the support BEFORE releasing it to the U.S. and Europe
Because in addition to charging for the same things that psn does, they also have their subscription gold service that multiple millions of people pay for. Common sense
Exactly how many bundles did MS put out just this past Christmas alone.
A great game comes to a system, then fanboys of the opposite system say they have the game and "are not impressed" blah blah blah.
And the usual fans of said other system agree with their fellow fanboy. Knowing damn well that not a single one of them even have the game to agree and/or disagree with anything in the first place.
And the better the game is, the more they "hate" it. Case in point, look at the long winded rant in the post above mine :...
But I will say it makes people play games longer than they normally would
I'm sorry but no. Star Ocean is only big in japan. Outside of the Japanese territory Star Ocean only has a moderate size following. And of course they probably get more from MS to keep it exclusive, even if it is possible timed exclusive. But that obviously doesn't negate the fact that they have had a down slide in profit.
As for your Wii comment, would they have made more if they put it on that system? Maybe because of the install base. But then again, maybe not because the goo...
"Since when do they allow false news on N4G?? Nevermind... "
That's what they do here. Create FUD and lies. They stretch truth and purposely misquote articles. They read what they want rather than what IS. They report some places while they allow others JUST because they don't like the news being spoken of.
So you see, N4G stopped being "News for Gamers" long ago. Now it's more like News for Fanboys with agendas
